Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Crystal has built her life and work around the belief that experience can become preparation. Her journey through family, business, community service and personal reinvention has shaped a leadership style that is both direct and compassionate.
As Founder and CEO of Ivory Onyx Management Group, LLC, Crystal provides vision and leadership across companies and initiatives spanning fashion, personal image, education and community impact.
Crystal's work is not centered on perfection. It is centered on becoming. She encourages women and young people to understand their personal image, strengthen their self-belief, use their voices responsibly and move toward opportunity with greater intention.
